We process orders M-F 11am - 4pm. We have 24 - 48hrs from the following business day your order was placed to process orders. If you order is made on Friday after 12am then it will not be processed until Monday so please make your ordered accordingly. Order processing example: order placed Tuesday 1pm (Az time), provided everything is in stock and ready, we will process the order on Wednesday or Thursday for a Friday shipment. Wholesale orders typically cannot be shipped on the same day as ordered. We ship all wholesale orders from our supplier via the method selected during checkout. We will have the wholesale order shipped in a sealed factory package from Swarovski unless we have enough in stock to fulfill your order.
International order of wholesale items may take longer as it is harder to coordinate a drop shipment, we will either drop ship them to you from our supplier or have them shipped to us and then we will ship them from our location, please allow some time for wholesale shipments, do not expect them to arrive to your country within a week.
All orders with different shipping and billing addresses: We will verify the identity of the card holder via email, we will require a scanned or photographed image of the ID and card used on the order. We have the right to cancel the order within 5 business days or ship the order to the billing address on file, if we are unable to contact the buyer and verify the identity of the cardholder. PayPal payments will be shipped to the address on file with PayPal, if you would like a different billing and shipping address, please add that address to your PayPal account, or we will only ship to the address on file with PayPal.
All domestic orders will be shipped using the method chosen by the buyer. All domestic services include tracking. Insurance can be purchased for a fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please visit the USPS website for additional information. We sort our Swarovski Rhinestones with a machine designed to sort and count diamonds! The machine is 99.9% effective in it's count! We do not weigh or hand count our packages due to the variation in weight and human error, if there is an issue with the amount of rhinestones shipped to you please contact us within 14 days so we can correct the issue. We will ship baggies of (72) if we are short on baggies of (144) so please double check your order.
All international orders will be shipped via the method chosen by the buyer. International order shipped via USPS First Class Mail International does not include tracking and can take up to 30 days for delivery, please plan accordingly. We are not responsible for orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail International. Once the order leaves the United States we are not responsible for shipping time or undelivered packages. Domestic orders will ship via the method selected by the buyer. Orders can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Please contact us for tracking information. We ship your wholesale packages directly from our supplier, they are un-opened factory sealed Swarovski Rhinestones, unless we happen to have enough in stock to cover your order. We do not weigh our rhinestones, throw them in a bag and call them wholesale!

We do not collect sales tax, except for orders shipping in our state. Please verify if the tax applies to you at checkout time by filling your ZIP code and reviewing your order.
14 day money back for damaged or broken items. Returns for a change in size or color will be accepted for exchange only within 14 days from receipt and will incur a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for any shipping charges they might have incurred due to the return. Returns will not be accepted for wholesale items.

We will honor pricing of our approved competitors prior to making your purchase. We will not price match competitors that make up the difference by overcharging for shipping. Crystal Rhinestone Boutique LLC has the right to honor competitors based on our own evaluation methods. We will issue a discount coupon to make up the difference of our competitors price and/or adjust your invoice prior to payment, we will not honor our competitors price in conjunction with the use of one of our preferred customer coupons. We will continue to offer competitive pricing and do not wish to compete with dishonest companies that claim to offer Swarovski, there are plenty of cheap crystals that are offered as Swarovski, until you see our stones vs. our competitors then you would not know the difference.
